Oh how I just love this sweet couple!!! And I love this location!! Any time one of my couples wants to do their engagement session at South Holston Dam, I am all in!!
I first met Annie and Lance the same year they started dating (the same year Steven and I started dating, too!)! The four of us were camp counselors for our local church’s Kids Camp and it was such a fun week!! Their five years of dating led to Lance proposing to Annie this past February on a beautiful snow day!
These two make the sweetest couple! They both have a laid back personality and were just so glad to be spending time together! It was so much fun walking the streets of downtown and hitting my favorite spots at the dam, all while catching up and taking TONS of beautiful images!!
We spent half of Annie and Lance’s engagement session in South Holston Dam, and the other half in Downtown Bristol! It’s just a short drive between the two locations and allows for a ton of variety!! We ended up having the perfect amount of sunshine (although there were times it wasn’t looking too great with some dark skies – that is East Tennessee for you!). But let me tell you, we timed it perfectly!! As we were driving home, it POURED the rain!
Annie and Lance, I couldn’t be more excited to spend a wintery wedding day with you two!! I know it’s going to be the perfect day!!
