What an honor it was to kick off fall wedding season with Lindsey and Skylar! And this one kicked off with a bang thanks to Hurricane Ian! The week leading up to the East wedding, there was a 100% chance of rain all day long, which is never ideal for any wedding day. I was holding my breath the Friday before and praying for some kind of miracle, and to my surprise, we woke up to just an overcast day! Now while I missed the beautiful golden hour a Chateau Selah wedding always has to offer, I was just over the moon to not have a rainy day!

Lindsey chose a beautiful classic color palette of black bridesmaids dresses, some blush tones in her flowers, and gold accents. It is one of my absolute favorite palettes from this year – one that will never go out of style!

Lindsey and Skylar, thank you so much for choosing me to capture such precious memories for you both! I am so glad this day was still beautiful after the hurricane craziness, and I hope you enjoy scrolling through some of my favorites!
